a senior ophthalmologist at Kaplan Medical Center in Rehovot and Clalit Health Services, is pursuing a Glaucoma Fellowship in the Department of Ophthalmology at Toronto Western Hospital in Toronto, Canada. By being exposed to a variety of glaucoma patients and eye diseases, he hopes to gain clinical and surgical skills as a glaucoma specialist with which to return to Israel. Dr. Rachmiel is accompanied by his wife, a pediatrician, and two children.
