a senior surgeon in the Cardiac Surgical Department of Rambam Medical Center, Haifa, is a Cardio-Thoracic Surgery research and clinical fellow at UCLA in California. Joined by his wife and three children, he hopes to bring back to his department in Israel the knowledge he is being taught in the fields of heart transplantation, congenital heart defect repair, and other complicated cardiac surgeries.
